Abubakar Bawa Appointed Press Secretary to Sokoto Governor-elect
POLITICS DIGEST – Sokoto State governor-elect, Alhaji Ahmed Aliyu Sokoto has approved the appointment of Mallam Abubakar Bawa as the Press Secretary in the Government House.

The appointnent was contained in a statement signed by the Sokoto state All Progressive Congress (APC) transition committee on Thursday.
While congratulating Bawa on his appointment, the governor-elect charged him to bring his immense wealth of experience to bear on the governance of the state.
He also enjoined him to ensure that government’s policies are adequately publicized.
