Adeleke Sues for Peace, Vows to Reclaim Mandat

Governor of Osun state, Ademola Adeleke, has said, he will do everything possible to retain his widely acclaimed mandate.
The governor was reacting to the tribunal judgment that sacked him as governor of the state over an allegation of over-voting, declaring the former governor, Gboyega Oyetola as the winner of the election.
Adeleke took to his Twitter to expressed dissatisfaction over the judgement.
He appealed to his supporters to remain calm, and assured them that he will do whatever it takes to reclaim his mandate.
He tweeted “I want to use this opportunity to call on our people to remain calm. We will appeal the judgement and we are sure justice will be done. Let everyone be reassured that we will do everything possible to retain this widely acclaimed mandate. God bless Osun!”.
