After Losing APC Reps Ticket, Buhari’s Nephew, Fatuhu, Joins PDP

A serving member of the House of Representatives and nephew to President Muhammadu Buhari, Fatuhu Muhammad, has dumped the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

Fatuhu, son of President Buhari’s elder sister presently represents Daura/Mai’Adua/Sandamu Federal Constituency of Katsina State, in the House of Representatives.
He had failed to secure his re-election ticket in APC.
In the APC primary election of his federal constituency, Fatuhu got only 30 votes, while his rival, Aminu Jamo, polled 117 votes.
In a defection letter to the APC Chairman of ‘Sarakin Yera A Ward’ in Daura, Fatuhu thanked the party for giving him its platform to serve his people in the National Assembly, NASS.
