Akeredolu’s Remains Arrive Nigeria
POLITICS DIGEST – The remains of the late former governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu, have arrived in Nigeria.
Akeredolu’s body was brought into the country from Germany, where he passed away and had been reportedly deposited at the morgue until the final burial.

The plane that conveyed the body reportedly arrived at about 3:39 p.m. on Friday.
The wife of the late governor, Chief Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, his children, and siblings led by Prof. Wole Akeredolu, the immediate younger brother, received the body.
The family is yet to announce a burial date for the deceased.
