Ali Jajari Wins PDP Gubernatorial Election in Borno

Mohammed Ali Jajari has won the PDP Gubernatorial primary election held on Wednesday in Maiduguri.

The News Agency of Nigeria reported that Jajari polled 487 votes to defeat Mohammed Imam who polled 362 in the primary election.
The chairman of the Governorship Primary Committee for Borno State Abdulrahman Bobboi, announced the results yesterday declaring Mr. Jajari as the winner of the primaries with 487 votes.
