PEPT Victory: APC Congratulates Tinubu, Urges Atiku, Obi to Accept Fate

The National Secretary of All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Basiru Ajibola, has urged members of the opposition parties to support President Bola Tinubu administration in building a better and more prosperous nation.
Dr. Basiru said this while congratulating President Tinubu on behalf of the National Working Committee (NWC) of APC, on his resounding victory at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) that took place on Wednesday.
According to his statement issued on Thursday in Abuja, Basiru said that PEPT, has reaffirmed the mandate handed APC and its Presidential Candidate, now President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by millions of Nigerians through the ballot on February 25, 2023.
He added that, the epochal judgement has reinforced the nations democracy and underscored the vibrancy and independence of the judiciary.
He however urged members of the opposition parties and all Nigerians, irrespective of their ethnicity and religion, to support president Tinubu in building a better, more prosperous nation.
The former Senator also applaud the diligence and professionalism of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), security agencies, local and foreign observers and other stakeholders in ensuring a credible, free and fair election.
