‘Ayu a Failure Who Can’t Win His Polling Unit, Ward’ – Wike
By Ozumi Abdul
Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike has labelled the suspended Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) national chairman, Dr Iyorchia Ayu, a ‘failure’.
Wike’s latest jibe at the suspended PDP chairman came during the commissioning of Trans-Kalabari phase 1 road on Tuesday, monitored on TVC by Politics Digest.
Wike who expressed his happiness for seeing Ayu being suspended yesterday by a Benue court, rhetorically querried the status of the embattled PDP chairman now, who according to him (Wike) bragged that he can’t be suspended or removed.
“Where is Ayu now, I think said no one can remove him? When he came, it was someone that was suspended for him.

“I told him by fire by force he must go, whether he likes it or not.
” I’m not from Benue but i’m happy with what Benue people did yesterday, and I will personally take it on my shoulder”.
He noted that those who feel they had axes to grind with ‘them’ are the ones suffering it now.
Wike also questioned that how will Ayu who couldn’t win his polling unit preside over the affairs of the main opposition party.
The Rivers governor bragged that he won all the three senatorial seats in the state, won the governorship position as well as the 33 state house of assembly seats in the state.
“We won our polling unit, our ward, local government and state.
“How can someone who couldn’t win his own polling unit, ward, local government and state be presiding on us?
“We had lost our state where will PDP be today? No way, Ayu must go and he is not coming back again”, he said.
