Binani Votes in Adamawa, Expresses Confidence in Historic Victory

The gubernatorial candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC), in Adamawa state, Sen Aishatu Dahiru Binani cast her votes at Mbamoi polling unit 006 at exactly 8:45am.
In an interview with newsmen shortly after casting her vote, Binani expressed confidence of emerging victorious.
She is seeking to become the first female elected governor in Nigeria.
She also give INEC a clean bill of health for organising a peaceful and orderly election.

Materials and staff of INEC arrived most of the polling units on time and the atmosphere has been calm and peaceful.
Soldiers were also deployed at strategic locations along major roads to conduct thorough screening on motorists.
