Bishops, Pastors Attending Shettima’s Unveiling Worrisome – Peter Obi

The Labour Party, LP, presidential aspirant, Peter Obi, has described as ‘suspicious and worrisome’ the physical appearance of some pastors and bishops at the unveiling ceremony of Sen. Kashim Shettima, as the running mate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

Obi, made this known during an interview with Channels Television, on Tuesday.
“In the first place, I don’t think they suppose to be there. It wasn’t a religious thing and it had nothing to do with the church,” he said.
According to the LP presidential candidate, the bishops and pastors ought to be in the Church praying for the country.
Obi, while speaking further during the TV chat, said: “Seeing them there was like turning a serious issue into a theatre.”
