2023: We need a Broad-minded and Pragmatic Leader like Tinubu – Shettima

The All Progressives Congress, APC, vice-presidential candidate Kashim Shettima has said that his principal, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has the combined, excellent qualities of Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo, and Muhammadu Buhari which are needed to take Nigeria to greater heights.

He made the statement on Friday at the 99th anniversary of the Yoruba Tennis Club in Ikoyi, Lagos.
Shettima said that Tinubu has the the uncommon commitment of President Buhari.
“We need a leader that has the work ethic and broadmindedness of an Olusegun Obasanjo.
“We need a leader with the intellectual acumen, with the passion to catapult this nation to a higher pedestal. We need a leader who is not bound by regional or religious sentiment,” he said.
Shettima said that no candidate posses these qualities except Tinubu.
