Court Reaffirms Ude-Okoye As PDP National Secretary
POLITICS DIGEST- The Enugu High Court has affirmed Sunday Ude-Okoye as the authentic National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
It also barred Senator Nnaemeka Anyawu from parading or being recognised as the National Secretary of the party pending the determination of the substantive suit on 27th Nov. 2023.

The court also ordered substituted service on PDP National Chairman Iliya Damagum pending the determination of the suit.
The Presiding Judge Justice C.O Ajah upon hearing the ex-parte motion for an interim injunction ruled that the application succeeded.
He granted an order of interim injunction to the applicant, restraining the 3rd defendant/respondent Senator Anyanwu from parading himself anywhere or allowing himself to be recognized anywhere as the national secretary of the PDP.
