COVID-19: Massive support as Jibrin organises prayer session for Buhari
Cleric Urges Leaders To Emulate Him
POLITICS DIGEST– The Executive Director Business Development at the Federal Housing Authority Abdulmumin Jibrin Kofa has organised a prayer session for President Muhammadu Buhari, Governor Ganduje and the country at large.
The session which took place on Sunday at Kofa town of Bebeji local government in Kano with 1000 ulama’s and Quranic memorizers where a two rakaat prayer was held and hundred of rounds of complete recitation of the Noble Qur’an and prayers for the President, Muhammadu Buhari, Governor of Kano Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, Nigeria, Kano state, Hon. Kofa himself and Kiru/Bebeji Constituency.
The prayer was purposely held to seek for Allah’s intervention and guidance in regards to the problems of insecurity, Corona Virus pandemic and the economic challenges facing the country.

Hon. Kofa reiterated that apart from the efforts government is making at all level, he has also committed himself in supporting the President and governor Ganduje in empowering the people of Kiru/Bebeji and Kano State at large towards the improvement of security and preventing the spread of COVID-19 which happens to be a threat to the people and the economy. He said the Prayers and Quranic recitation will continue for a period of one month.
The leader of the Ulama’s and the session who is the Chairman of Kano State Pilgrims and Welfare Board Prof. Abdullahi Saleh Pakistan commended Hon. Jibrin for this good effort of organising the prayers; saying that going back to Allah is necessary towards finding solution to the problems facing this country. He urged other people to emulate Hon. Jibrin on this aspect”.
The session was in full compliance to COVID-19 protocol.
