EXCLUSIVE: Chaos as Kano Judge Delivers Ruling on Emirate Tussle Three Days Before Adjourned Date
The Kano State High Court under Justice Amina Adamu Aliyu has perpetually restrained the disputed Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado-Bayero, and four dethroned Emirs of Rano, Gaya, Bichi, and Karaye from parading themselves as Emirs.
POLITICS DIGEST however reports that this ruling is coming three days to the earlier adjourned date.
It would be recalled that the judge adjourned the matter until the 18th of July for rulings on the applications for extension of time, notice of preliminary objection, setting aside ex parte order, joinder application.

An insider told our correspondent that the Judge is aware of the Court of Appeal sitting scheduled for July 17 to hear on the motion of the respondent restraining the lower court from going ahead with the case until the determination of the motion filed but Justice Aliyu rushed to deliver judgement on the matter on Monday.
The applicants, the Attorney General of Kano State, Speaker Kano State House of Assembly, and Kano State House of Assembly, through their counsel, Ibrahim Isah-Wangida, Esq., filed a motion ex parte dated May 27.
Justice Aliyu gave the judgement on Monday after counsels to the first respondent Aminu Ado Bayero, Sunusi Musa SAN and Abdul Mohammed SAN withdrew from appearing before the Judge on July 4
