POLITICS DIGEST– Sha’aban Ibrahim Sharada has been a fearless progressive and successful democrat, who participated actively towards nation building in different capacities over time.
From a media broadcaster and consultant to Buhari campaign activities and, over time, Hon. Sha’aban Ibrahim Sharada has always stood and will always stand with what is right at any given moment.
Known for these and many other personal integral qualities, which has given him accolades from different individuals, groups and organisations all over the country, this has been the main reason why President Muhammadu Buhari trust him with an appointment as media aide to the President on Broadcast Media in his first term.
While as media aide, Hon Sha’aban Ibrahim Sharada played an active role both at delivering on his schedule of duty.
He has participated and contributed immensely towards the success of All Progressives Congress in Kano in 2015 and 2019 elections.
His powerful representation has impacted so much to his Constituency (Kano Municipal), through various human and capital development initiatives in areas such as education, health and skills acquisition, which earned him accolades from the constituents and a call to contest for governorship in 2023.

Two years as a Member of the House of Representatives, Representing Kano Municipal Federal Constituency, Hon Sha’aban Ibrahim Sharada, who doubles as the Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on National Security and Intelligence, has represented his constituents at the Green chamber with over 50 engagements in just two years.
This has impacted over 100,000 constituents, amongst which are the award of full scholarship to hundreds of constituents to study at the University and other tertiary institutions around the world, skills empowerments to thousands of youths, building and equipping of classrooms across different wards of KMC Constituency, and establishment of a brand new Primary Healthcare Agency at Dan’agundi ward among others.
Despite all these, Hon Sha’aban Ibrahim Sharada has been known for voicing out the pains and challenges faced by his constituents all in an efforts to call on relevant stakeholders to take up responsibility and bring succor to the behaviour and approach to party activities and governance.
However, some elements who are keen on creating a stumbling block to his patriotism and energy towards uplifting his constituents and the party at large, are disturbed by his efforts and aspiring to create chaos and unjust decisions both within the party and Kano State.
However, Democracy is believed to have been doctrined based on justice, equity, fairness and the task towards nation building and uplifting the people.
For those who don’t know Shaaban Ibrahim Sharada and the bandwagon of patriots following him, fear no one, except Allah (swt), and will continue to stand by the truth at any given moment.
