National Publicity Secretary of the APC, Bar. Felix Morka, on Thursday, in a statement said the $50,000 that reportedly ‘disappeared’ at the party secretariat does not belong to APC.
He further said that the stolen money is not connected with the proceeds they have gotten through the sale of forms to APC aspirants.
He said APC had already designed the method of payment for its forms’ purchase, where aspirants are mandated to first pay their fees into a bank account of the party before proceeding to obtain their forms at the party’s secretariat.
According to the APC scribe, why the Party moved its sale of forms’ exercise to ICC is to decongest traffic around the party secretariat and ease movement of both aspirants and their supporters.
