Group Commends Governor Abdulrazak for Nominating Mope, Akaje and Towoju as Commissioners
POLITICS DIGEST- Kwara’s leading Pro Democracy group, Kwara Must Change, has commended Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for nominating members and associates of the group as commissioners.
The group also said that the new commissioners are highly experienced individuals, whose capacity is not in doubt.
In a statement by its Convener, Abdulrazaq Hamzat, the group said that Governor Abdulrazaq made good choices in selecting Akaje Ibrahim, Mopelola AbdulMalik and Bode Towoju, “all of whom we can vouch for their unrivaled determination to the upliftment of the masses.”

According to Hamzat, “Governor Abdulrazaq since assumption of office has proven himself to be a man of value and excellence and we believe that his quest for greater value and excellence led to the nomination of the new commissioners and we urge them to live up to expectations in service delivery.”
Hamzat explained that Kwara Must Change, has been in the vanguard of political emancipation and full participation by the massses as that is what democracy entails.
“We therefore urge all Kwarans to support all progressive moves of the government.
“We equally call on all capable individuals to make themselves available for service, knowing that the fate of the nation will be decided, ultimately, by those who govern it, not by those who criticize it.”
