Groups Praise Buhari, Pantami Over Danbatta’s Re-appointment
POLITICS DIGEST- A coalition of civil Societies in Kano has praised President Muhammadu Buhari and minister of Communication and Digital Economy, Dr. Isa Ali Pantami for re-appointing Professor Umar Garba Danbatta as Executive Vice Chairman of Nigerian Communications Commission.
The coalition also congratulated the Executive Vice Chairman of the NCC, Prefessor Umar Gamba Danbatta, on his reappointment for another five years saying it was one of the best decision taken by the current Administration.
The coalition also added that the reappointment of Prof. Danbatta following recommendation by the Minister of Communication and Digital Economy. Dr. Isa Ali Pantami, shows a cordial working relationship between the Minister, Danbatta, and all other agencies under the ministry.

In a commendation and appreciation message to the president and the Hon. Minister, the Publicity Secetary of the Coalition, Comr. Tijjani Nasir Sulaiman, said “On behalf of the coalition of civil society groups such as Duniya Bahutu Danbatta/Makoda International Association of World Peace, we would like to use this opportunity to forward our sincere appreciation and gratitude to President Muhammadu Buhari for reappointing Dambatta who performed diligently during his first tenure ” said Comr. Tijjani
He added that “We equally want to forward our warm appreciation and gratitude to the Hon. Minister of Communication and Digital Economy, Dr. Isa Ali Pantami for the recommendation he made to the president on the reappointment.
“We believe beyond reasonable doubt that Dambatta, will take the commission to where its going and provide all the needed mechanisms to facilitates the implementation of all policies of the federal Government through Ministry of Communication and Digital Economy”.
