JUST IN: Atiku’s Interview Full of Lies – Wike
POLITICS DIGEST- There are indications that the crisis rocking the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is not abating as the warring parties seem not to be sheathing their swords.
Rivers state Governor, Nyesom Wike, on Friday said the party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, told many lies during his recent interview with Arise TV.

Wike, who spoke at the Port Harcourt International Airport, said: “Thereafter he (Atiku) appeared before Arise Television, see the statements he made. So many lies were told.”
Both Atiku and Wike have been at loggerheads since the party’s primary election in May where they took first and second respectively.
The crisis was worsened when Atiku rejected the party’s recommendation to pick Wike as his deputy.
The former Vice President chose Delta state governor, Ifeanyi OKowa, as his running mate.
He told Arise TV in the famous interview that while Wike is a good party man, it was Okowa he could work with.
