JUST IN: Court Nullifies Binani’s Election, Says APC has no Guber Candidate in Adamawa
POLITICS DIGEST- A Federal High Court sitting in Yola, Adamawa State, has nullified the governorship primary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) that produced Senator Aishat Binani as the candidate.

The court on Friday ruled that there will be no candidate for the APC in the governorship election in the state.
Binani had defeated former chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Nuhu Ribadu, and many other heavyweights to clinch the ticket in the primaries conducted in May.
Ribadu had however approached the court to seek a cancellation of the results on the basis of some alleged irregularities.
