JUST IN: Fayose Meets Ekiti Governor-elect, Moves Closer to APC

Former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, on Wednesday met the Governor-elect of the state, Biodun Oyebanji.

Oyebanji of the All Progressives Congress (APC) defeated Fayose’s candidate to win the recently conducted election.
Oyebanji, on Wednesday paid a courtesy visit to his Lagos residence after Fayose posted a message on Twitter hinting at joining the ruling party.
Fayose tweeted that power must return to the South, saying “Awa South Lokan” meaning it is the turn of the South.”
