JUST IN: Folarin Loses Polling Unit to Makinde

The Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, has defeated his main challenger, Senator Teslim Folarin, of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the latter’s polling unit.
Makinde won the polling unit 15 of ward 5 in Odi Odeyale/Odi Apinrin of Ona-Ara local government area where Folarin cast his vote.
Makinde got 196 votes while Folarin scored 89 votes to come a distant second.
