JUST IN: Hours after INEC Shifted Deadline, APC Postpones Presidential Primaries to June 6
POLITICS DIGEST- The All Progressives Congress (APC) has reportedly postponed it’s presidential primaries to June 6 and 7, this year.

The primary election was supposed to take place on Sunday and Monday but the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) earlier shifted it’s deadline for the submission of candidates from June 3 to June 9.
INEC took the decision after a meeting with the Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC).
APC which is yet to screen it’s presidential aspirants seems to be the sole beneficiary of INEC’s decision to bow to pressure and shift the deadline.
