Kano APC Crisis: Court adjourns to Friday for ruling
POLITICS DIGEST- A Federal Capital Territory High Court in Maitama, Abuja has adjourned till Friday, to rule on an application filed by the Governor Abdullahi Ganduje led faction of the All Progressive Congress.
At the court sitting on Thursday, Justice Hamzat Muazu said the matter that was set for judgement was adjourned over a motion filed by two of the parties seeking to set aside the earlier processes in the suit as they needed to be heard.

They averred that they were not heard from the commencement of the case hence the matter should be set aside.
The plaintiffs in the suit are Musa Thona and the defendants are APC with nine others.
The court then adjourned the matter to Friday for ruling on the application to set aside the suit.
Meanwhile ,the Abdullahi Ganduje had earlier applied to the court asking it to set aside its judgment on November, 30th, upholding the ward congresses held in Kano by the Senator Ibrahim Shekarau led faction .
However, the court adjourned to January 11th on that particular application.
