Kano 2023: NNPP Guber Candidate, Abba Kabir, to Unveil Blueprint, Campaign Council

The governorship candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) in Kano, Abba Kabir-Yusuf, has finally concluded plans to officially unveil his blueprint to the general public and inaugurate the state campaign council.
The NNPP governorship candidate’s spokesperson, Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, said the blueprint will address the major points of concern of the Kano people.
He also lauded the growing number of registered voters in Kano residents willing to participate in the upcoming general elections.

He expressed confidence that the will of the people would prevail and that every vote would count.
In a press briefing in Kano on Wednesday, Bature pointed out that the state party leadership is fully aware of the shady dealings of syndicates of politicians who collect permanent voter’s cards (PVC) from potential voters in an effort to prevent them from exercising their civic rights.
“Our party has placed the necessary mechanism on track, report and pursue legal action against individuals or group found to be engaged in this heinous act that is contrary to the provision of the law,” he said.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared that all gubernatorial and state house of assembly campaigns open today, October 12.
