POLITICS DIGEST – The Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO) has appealed to customers in its franchise areas on the need to pay all their outstanding and current bills.

“To sustain this, we need the customers to continue to pay their bills in full as the consistent part payments have left us with the challenge of how to collect the huge outstanding bills that customers are yet to pay KEDCO”, the company said.
They added that, “We are, therefore, using this medium to appeal to our numerous customers to cultivate the habit of paying bills in full and on time as this would positively impact KEDCO’s ability to serve customers better”.
The Kano DisCo also called on the customers to go and register for their meters as it hopes to phase out complaints on estimated billing with their co-operation and support.
