COVID-19: Stay-at-Home, We’ll Ensure Your Comfort, KEDCO Tells Customers
POLITICS DIGEST – As part of its effort in the fight against the spread of the deadly Coronavirus, the Management of Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO) has reassured its customers of regular power supply to make them comfortable at home.
According to the company, the move is borne out of its resolution to ensure that customers staying in their homes observing the directive of their respective states are comfortable through our services.
KEDCO noted that the directive was in the best interest of everyone and must be complied.
The DisCo said: “The government alone cannot do everything. We have recognized that our part is very crucial in ensuring that we support the government to achieve this aim as a company that prioritizes the interest of our customers.

“We will make our customers very comfortable while they stay at home through regular power supply. We have also made payment of bills and other services online and this is part of the comfort where a customer can pay their bills from the comfort of their homes.
“Before now, they leave their homes to make complaints and other issues that need our attention but because of the recent development, we have strengthened our online platforms to receive complaints and respond as speedily as possible”, KEDCO added.
The Kano DisCo added that the decision was taken in the best interest of the people.
KEDCO also said in ensuring their customers’ satisfaction, its engineers have been deployed to fields while strengthening their monitoring unit for prompt response to technical faults that may threaten the resolve to give maximum comfort to them.
While commending the people of Kano, Jigawa and Katsina states respectively for cooperating with their state governments to ensure that the fight against COVID-19 is total and collective, the Managing Director of the company, Dr. Jamilu Isyaku Gwamna urged customers to always report any technical fault as early as possible to ensure quick response.
