KEDCO Strategises for 2020, Sets to Revolutionise Service Delivery
POLITICS DIGEST – The Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO) has said that it has mapped out initiatives to revolutionize service deliveries and other key areas to boost power supply within its franchise areas of Kano, Katsina and Jigawa states in 2020.
The company said as part of the initiatives, it will engage more customers and engage them in a way that will help advance their experience towards good power distribution in the areas.

KEDCO in a statement on Monday by its head oc Corporate Communications, Ibrahim Sani Shawai said they are poised to make further advancement that will make service delivery more effective for the overall benefit of all their stakeholders, particularly their customers.
The statement said “The management hinted that three areas will form the bedrock of KEDCO’s plans for 2020 which include
– Customer centric
– Quick response to complaints
– Improvement of Network”.
“Already we have begun plans to end estimated billing through the provisions of meters and 2020 will see a continuation of that policy to force to end the already low complaints from customers”, KEDCO said.
The company then called on its customers to make more efforts towards supporting the company’s plans to ensure they are achieved through regular payment of bills especially outstanding bills to enable KEDCO serve them better in 2020.
