Kogi gov, Ododo appoints cabinet members, first day in office
POLITICS DIGEST- The newly sworn in governor of Kogi state, Usman Ododo has announced the nomination of some of his cabinet members on his first day in office.
Ododo made his nominations known during his inaugural speech at Muhammadu Buhari Civic Centre, Lokoja.
The nominated commissioners and other top aides were former members of Yahaya Bello, the immediate past governor’s cabinet. They are the former Secretary to the State Government (SGF), Folashade Ayoade Arike, Kingsley Fanwo, and Deedat Salami Ozigi, among others.

Alhaji Ododo was sworn in by the Kogi State Chief Judge, Justice Josiah Mejabi, at the Muhammadu Buhari Civic Centre.
