Kwankwaso advocates unity among his followers
POLITICS DIGEST– Former Kano state governor and leader of the Kwankwasiyya movement Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has advocated unity among his followers nationwide.
Former Nigeria’s Defence Minister and then President Olusegun Obasanjo’s Special Envoy on Darfur and Somalia made the plea while addressing members of his party from Dawakin Tofa, Bichi, Tsanyawa, and Kunchi as part of the ongoing stakeholders’ meetings in Kano over the weekend.
POLITICS DIGEST reports that there have been several media reports of cracks in the movement over the governorship ambition of some of the members that was almost tearing the group apart.

“We have enough enemies to fight as members of the opposition, we shall remain one solid force to reckon with, our most common enemies are those who destroy the education and healthcare systems in Kano”
Kwankwaso also lamented that Kano is witnessing the worst pattern of leadership in the hands of Governor Ganduje who amasses himself and his immediate family with public resources.
“I want you to get ready for the battle ahead, 2023 is going to be unique, its uniqueness makes it so important that we must be united to fight the enemies of Kano” Kwankwaso reiterated
