Moro Community Excited Over Appointment of Jamila Bio as Youth Minister
Moro Technocrat Consultative forum (MTCF) heartily commends President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing Dr. Jamila Bio Ibrahim from Moro Local Government in Kwara North Senatorial District as Hon. Minister of Youths.
It is with immense pride and joy that we extend our warmest congratulations her on the deserving appointment.
Her appointment is a testament to her unwavering dedication, tireless efforts, and exceptional leadership qualities.
We are glad to note that she would be the first young woman to be so appointed as the minister of youth in Nigeria.
A medical doctor, politician, development practitioner and advocate of United Nations Global Goals, she served as Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Kwara State on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), National President of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) Young Women Forum (APC PYWF).
As an humanitarian, she volunteered with the Presidential Committee on the NorthEast initiative by supporting vulnerable and internally displaced persons in the region.

As an advocate for justice, she campaigns for the emancipation of women and youth; promotes social and economic development and focuses on grassroots leadership and mentorship for young women and men
She has represented Kwara State and Nigeria as a speaker on international platforms includuling the United Nations and the African Union.
Her journey to the prestigious role has been marked by hard work and a deep commitment to the betterment of our community and the youth of Kwara North. Her passion for youth empowerment, dedication and unwavering belief in the potential of our young people have inspired us all.
As she takes the new and important responsibility, we have no doubt that she will continue to serve with the same level of diligence, passion, and integrity that she have consistently demonstrated.
Her appointment not only brings pride to Moro Local Government but also shines a positive light on our entire constituency and Nigeria in general.
We look forward to witnessing the positive impact she would undoubtedly make in her new role as the voice of Nigerian youths.
