PDP Congratulates Wike over Infrastructure Award
POLITICS DIGEST – The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has congratulated Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, on the Distinguished Award he won in Infrastructure Delivery at the Nigeria Excellence in Public Service Award.
Wike was honoured by President Muhammadu Buhari at the ceremony held in Abuja.
In a statement issued by its Publicity Secretary, Hon. Debo Ologunagba, in Abuja, on Saturday, the PDP said, it was elated by the recognition given to Governor Wike.

The statement read in part: “This national Award on this outstanding PDP Governor is an admission by the All Progressives Congress (APC)-led Federal Government of exceptional development strides that can only be conceptualized, driven and executed under the policy thrust and manifesto of the PDP.
“Governor Wike, as a committed member of the PDP has been executing legacy projects alongside other governors elected on the platform of our Party in line with the policies and programmes of the PDP arising from the deep thoughts and analysis of the needs of the people.
