PDP Crisis: Again, Wike, Ortom, Makinde Meet In London

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, his Benue and Oyo State counterparts, Samuel Ortom and Seyi Makinde, have again, met in London, United Kingdom, to discuss the options available to them in the wake of the division in the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
According to reliable sources close to the meeting, the governors did the secret session on Saturday.

It would be recalled that moves to reconcile Wike and Atiku Abubakar, whose relationship hit the rocks after the PDP primary election has continued to prove difficult with recent exchange of harsh words between the two camps.
A similar meeting was held in London recently as the Wike camp equally met the trio of Atiku, former President Olusegun Obasanjo and the All Progressives Congress Presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in separate sessions.
Makinde has been on his annual vacation since the last meeting, while Ortom who was on his way to the United States of America, made a stopover in London for the latest meeting.
