PDP Reinstates Kano State Exco, Okays Onu as Chairman in Ebonyi

POLITICS DIGEST- The National Working Committee, NWC, of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, yesterday, approved the reinstatement of the Executive Committee members of the Kano State PDP, earlier dissolved.
This was after an extensive deliberation and in obedience to a court order, Politics Digest learnt.

The NWC, while obeying a similar judgment of a court, also declared Barr. Silas Onu as Chairman of the main opposition in Ebonyi State.
These were contained in a statement the party released on Monday.
The statement, signed by Debo Ologunagba, National Publicity Secretary of the PDP, noted, “To this effect, the Alhaji Shehu Sagagi-led Kano State Executive as well as all Excutive members of our Party at all levels in Kano State are hereby reinstated.
“All leaders, critical stakeholders, relevant agencies and our teeming members, particularly in Kano and Ebonyi States in the two states should please note”.
