POLITICS DIGEST – The Buhari Campaign Organisation (BCO) has condemned the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) criticism of President Muhammadu Buhari on the outbreak Coronavirus in the country.

It said: “For the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to have politicised every issue of internal security, health and other matters of national stability is a great disservice and unpatriotic to Nigeria and Nigerians and is highly condemnable.”
BCO said Nigerians are brave enough to understand under whose regime their commonwealth ought to have been used to fight insecurity but were rather shared amongst few members of the PDP for electioneering in 2014/2015.
“Little wonder that the people deemed it wise and discarded the party since 2015,” the statement said.
It further said it is a known fact that the federal government through its ministry of health has been making good efforts at protecting citizens.
“As we call on Nigerians to continue to support government efforts in dealing with the issue at hands, we equally want the PDP to understand that with both sincerity of purpose and political will,” it said.
