PENLIGHT Centre Supports FAIRER’s Campaign on Peace, National Unity
POLITICS DIGEST- Penlight Center for New Media and Innovation, on Friday, pledged to support the media campaign to carried out by the Female Advocacy for Inter-ethnic Relationship (FAIRER), with the support of Image Merchants Promotions (IMPR) Limited.
Mall. Ramalan Ibrahim, the Editor of DailyNigerian who represented Mr. Ja’afar Ja’afar, Founder of Penlight Center, disclosed this during a roundtable discussion with some youth activists and reporters, in Abuja.

FAIRER is a female-led gender-based PR advocacy campaign aimed at harnessing the values that unites Nigerians more than what divides the country, through coordinated media narratives and action towards fostering peaceful coexistence and national unity.
Ramalan, commended FAIRER as a patriotic group, pledging Penlight’s support for its cause, which he also described as ‘commendable’.
According to Mall. Yushau Shuaibu, the Founder of IMPR, now is the time to address the existential threats of insecurity and cessationist agitations, threatening the country’s peace, through the efforts of organisations such as FAIRER.
