PEPT fixes September 6 for judgement on Atiku, Obi’s petitions
POLITICS DIGEST – The Presidential Election Tribunal in Abuja fixed September 6, to rule on petitions contesting the election of President Bola Tinubu.

In order to give the verdicts on the same day as Peter Obi of the Labour Party, it also reserved judgment on the petitions submitted by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party.
It recently debunked setting September 16 as the judgment date.
