Tinubu, Atiku, Obi’s PEPT Ruling to be Transmitted Live – Court

The court of appeal has announced that the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) judgement will be transmitted live by interested Television stations.
The court also urged members of the public to stay back and watch the judgement on the Television.
According to a statement issued on Monday by Mr Umar Bangari, the Chief Registrar Court of Appeal, the PEPT judgment which will be delivered on Wednesday 6, September 2023, are cases between the Labour Party (LP) Presidential Candidate Mr. Peter Gregory Obi and another VS. Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and 3 others, Allied Peoples Movement (APM) VS. INEC, and 4 others, Abubakar Atiku and another VS. INEC, and 2 others.
Mr Bangari also said that access to the court premises will be ‘strictly’ on accreditation, adding that only accredited individuals, including counsels and representatives of political parties, will be granted access into the Courtroom.

The Court of Appeal wishes to inform the General Public that judgment in the following petitions before the Presidential Election Petition Court will be delivered on Wednesday 6′ September, 2023:
• CA/PEPC/03/2023 between Mr. Peter Gregory Obi & Anor VS.
Independent National Electoral Commission & 3 Ors.
