The ‘tour of unity’ embarked on by Alh. Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential flagbearer is not one that will soon stop.

Politics Digest learnt that after visiting Governor Nyesom Wike and Sen. Abubakar Bukola Saraki in Abuja, today, as part of uniting the main opposition ahead of the 2023 polls, Atiku has also met with Sen. Anyim Pius Anyim.
Wike, Saraki and Pius Anyim, presidential aspirants of the PDP, last weekend lost their party’s primaries to the Wazirin Adamawa.
Details of the meeting between Atiku, a former Nigerian Vice President, with Sen. Anyim at the latter’s Abuja residence, on Monday, was however not disclosed to the media.
