My Plan for Ijebu North & East – NNPP Reps Candidate
POLITICS DIGEST- The candidate for House of Representatives under the platform of New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP) for Ijebu North, Ijebu East and Ogun Waterside, in next year’s general elections, Mr Zaid O Olanrewaju, popularly known as Omo Adeoshun, has outlined his plans for the constituency if elected.
Omo Adeosun who was in his constituency in Ogun state recently to solicit the support of his constituents lamented the level of political apartheid on the part of the voters as he implored them to come out en mass in 2023 to vote in order to change certain narratives.
He vowed that if he is given the opportunity to serve his constituents, he will in line with what he referred to as 11 Rs of Rescue,
Rescue, Rebirth, Rebuild, Restructure, Revitalisation, Revival ,Rejig, Reformation, Reorientation, Relaunch and Reposition of his party do things differently to change the existing unfavorable status quo in his constituency.

He vowed to gainfully engage and empower the youth and focus on bringing back the glory of education and job creation, revitalisation of sporting and social activities.
He also promised to actively interact and empower women with constructive relationship that will bring about end to their common problems.
In the area of Agriculture, Omo Adesosun promised to support agricultural policies that will bring about the provision of higher yielding seeds, introduction of new animal stocks, creation of more dams to combat droughts and employment of more agricultural extension workers.
As a representative, he said he will at all times defend the Ponmo industry and timber business, assuring that the onus is on him to encourage the government to invest in modern tree planting and encourage the constituency’s lumber men to practice responsible felling of trees.
Also in the area of public health, he promised to at all times push for upgrade and maintenance of healthcare facilities in his constituency, especially in towns and villages, and also train more primary healthcare workers across the 3 local governments in his constituency so as to provide the highest level of care possible for children, adults and the vulnerable, to reduce preventable deaths.
