Officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, have arrived to begin accreditation and voting exercise at the Utako Primary School Polling Unit, Politics Digest reports.
This was just as voters who stormed the voting area as early as 7am, checked an INEC Register (pasted on the wall of a classroom at the school) to confirm their names and other relevant details.
