Putting Tinubu Under Pressure for Appointments, Service-Based Privilege By Yemi Oke
(1) I wonder if there is any living Nigerian who’s yet to be convinced that President Bola Tinubu came prepared. He was ready decades ago, and now determined to Renew our Hopes as Nigerians.
(2) I wonder if anyone lives or resides in the moon or other undiscovered climates not to know that our President was hugely prepared for the tasks ahead of him? By act, speech, conduct and demeanor; make no mistakes about it, this is a different kind of Nigerian President.
(3) P-BAT had warned us not to pity him. In case you lack information: P-BAT knows the best men and women for the tasks ahead. He also knows the worst men and women most unsuitable. He knows who and who’s not for the (critical) if not all sections or segments of the polity called Nigeria.
(4) Be rest assured, the President wants to win this race. And he will win by God’s grace. He knows who to field for the respective aspects of the “winning game or strategies”. He had them years ahead of the Presidential primaries. He only might have now adjusted them after the general elections. He knows most, if not all, about governance and leadership. He puts the right pegs in the right holes. He makes most allies, leaders, captains and supporters (if not all) happy. He’s done it before, and will surely do it again!
(5) So, why the needless, distractive pressures on our focused President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR?
(6) As I’ve written in one of my series, no leader can solely make a country great without the resolved commitment of followers.
(6) President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s primary duty is to show strong leadership as he’s currently doing.
Mark my words, only Nigerians can make Nigeria work through our determined commitment and support (like our President) to serve in the direction of good, focused and purposeful leadership being provided by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
(7) I say again, no matter how strong or determined a leader might appear, like the Head-Coach, his team determines whether or not he will win the “trophy”. Only the formidability of the “team” makes winning possible.
(7) *TINUBU MUST NEVER FAIL*. By our acts or omissions, P-BAT must never fail. This is one last chance for Nigeria to survive.

(8) Primitive accumulation of the already bestowed (or somehow, gotten) wealth is needless. I was enthused to view one of the several videos of the President where His Excly P-BAT declared that: *we’re all successful in our respective rights and families or professions…*.
(9) None of those doing things that Nigerians perceived as rather (un)honourable by mounting pressures for appointive and other offices is seeking or aspiring to build his or her first house or buy his or her first car, as rightly pointed in the frank video of President Bola Tinubu.
(10) You can’t easily pass-on family wealth to your children who, like yourself, may not sleep in their father’s”mansion”. But you can easily pass-on a family name as a brand and generational asset(s).
(11) I recall one of Lagbaja’s legendary song (titled *Democracy* – where he said, and I quote: *ti e ba bayi je, mo sorry fun gbogbo yin oooo* ).
Meaning: *I’ll be truly sorry for you if you allow this (I add, for emphasis, P-BAT) to fail!*
(12) The “Eagle” has started flying again. The fallen “Giant of Africa” called Nigeria is, quite frankly, rising already.
(13) P-BAT is aggressively determined to solidify and entrench the “re-rising” of the “African Giant” to ensure those needless human-induced principalities and powers (from all angles, sources and corners) will never make our country fall again.
(14) We can only wish Mr. President a divine speed and “Solomonic” wisdom. We should pray for good, sound health for him to continue to give his very best to the nation. President Tinubu is not building for hisself to reap. In his 70s, it’s apparent that he’s building posterity.
(16) The PRESIDENT is, by now, tired of building personal homes, mansions and successes. He built those decades ago.
(17) President Tinubu now builds nations, hopes, dreams and endearing legacies across nations, regions and continents.
(18) Primitive accumulation of wealth or material resources can never be true success. Only God ordains and enthrones unto any elective or appointive offices.
(19) So far, so good. Ko ni baje o! *Welcome to Renewed Hope*
(20) *Conclusion:*
*The GIANT called NIGERIA must rise, and never made to fall again!*
