Refinery: Tinubu Commends Dangote’s Resilience, Charges Other Investors to Follow Suit

President-elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has commended the resilience and doggedness of the chairman of Dangote Group, Alhaji Aliko Dangote for the establishment of petroleum refinery and petrochemical plant in Lagos state.
Tinubu who was represented by his vice president-elect, Senator Kashim Shettima made the commendation in Lagos state on Monday during the inauguration of the plant.
He commended Aliko Dangote and the Dangote Group for not only envisioning such significant and gigantic project but, also their courage and resilience in ensuring the materialization of the dream of the project.

Tinubu eulogised Dangote, assuring that Nigeria and in deed Africa are proud of his latest feat.
He then call on other Nigerians to toe Dangote’s visionary path by building similar edifice that would provide jobs to the teeming Nigerian youth.
Tinubu also commended the federal government under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari, as well as the Lagos state government for providing enabling environments for the establishment of such massive project.
He went on to draw the attentions of other western countries to the fact that Africa and Africans are not only known for negative narratives, such as war in Sudan, insurgency and other general insecurity in the continent.
