Thinklab and NITP Sign MoU on Joint Venture

In the quest to develop a landmark project across Nigeria and beyond, Thinklab Group Limited and the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP) have unanimously signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for partnership.
This was disclosed by the group’s chairman, Dr. Sa’id Kori, on Wednesday in their office headquartered in Abuja.
According to him, the agreement involves financing and constructing a four-storey office structure, two residential buildings, and other infrastructural facilities, explaining that NITP is responsible for the provision of the land, sized at 7600 square meters, as equity in the joint venture.

“We are committed to constructing a project that will stand the test of time in quality while assuring Town Planners of commencing the giant project in two weeks,” he added, emphasizing that they are qualified for the job.
The President of the Nigeria Institute of Town Planners, Nathaniel Atebije, expressed satisfaction with the capacity of Thinklab Group, describing them as ‘an incredible contemporary developer, ‘ stressing that the partnership marks the beginning of greater strides considering the remarkable constructions and reconstructions being carried out by the Group across the country.
On his part, the Director of Development Control, Mukhtar Galadima, expressed readiness to support the partnership with everything it needs to start the project.
Meanwhile, the Founder of African International Housing Show, Festus Adebayo, expressed optimism towards the newly signed agreement between the two parties, urging them to live up to their commitments.
