Tinubu Appointments Sworn-Enemy’s Daughter as Special Adviser
By Kabir Akintayo
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Saturday, appointed Moremi Ojudu, as Senior Special Adviser to the President (SSAP) on community engagement, in the southwest region.
Moremi is the daughter of a former closed allied of President Tinubu, Babafemi Ojudu, who supported former Vice-President Yemi Osibanjo during the 2023 All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary.
While Moremi, a youth activist, dared and supported Tinubu massively to the end, the father, Babafemi had vowed to rather go back farming than supporting Tinubu as the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The former Ekiti Senator, and a former Special Adviser (SA) on Political matters to Muhammad Buhari, sequenced to the 2023 presidential election, was one of the President Tinubu followers who admonished him as a leader in politics.
