POLITICS DIGEST- The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) has dismissed the case brought by the Allied Pepoles Movement (APM) on the nomination and qualification of Vice President Kashim Shettima.
The tribunal in its ruling on Wednesday said the issue was an preelection matter which should not have been brought to the Tribunal.
The chairman of the panel, Justice Haruna Tsammani therefore threw away the issue concerning Shettima’s alleged double nomination and non-qualification.
