VIDEO: Again, Irate Youths Assault Emir Sanusi at Qur’anic Walimah
Some angry youths in Kano have heckled Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II on his way to attend a Qur’anic graduation ceremony at Nurul Huda Islamiyya Zage on Tuesday.
In the video, the youths were heard saying “kara mas” meaning add it again.
Security operatives and palace guards had to make efforts to protect the Emir from the stones.

When the Emir arrived at the venue, the youth kept chanting Bamayi which prompted the Emir to leave the venue without delivering a speech.
It was learnt that this is the first time an Emir would attend a Qur’anic graduation without delivering a speech in the history of Kano Emirate.
This paper contacted the Chief of Staff to the Emir over the matter, he neither picked the call and nor respond to text messages sent to him.
