VIDEO: Aspirant Recovers Money from Delegates after Losing PDP Primaries in Niger

An aspirant under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Niger State, Bar. Abbas Bello, has collected back the money he gave to delegates to vote for him, in the Party’s primaries, held on Monday, in Minna.

Politics Digest learnt that Bello gave N300,000 each to 11 wards of Bosso Local Government, in return of delegates’ votes.
But the delegates voted for another aspirant, instead.
In the video clip obtained by Politics Digest, Bar. Bello’s Campaign Director, a white-bearded man clad in a black kaftan, could be seen collecting the money enclosed in envelopes, from representatives of the wards, outside a building with glass curtain wall.
