Who Is Zainab Usman Jalingo?

At a time of great change, and facing the challenges of promoting the idea of youth inclusiveness in governance and administration, Taraba State Governor, Dr. Agbu Kefas has made a bold step in counstituting a state executive council with members who are mainly youth.
Among the new members of the cabinet is Barrister Zainab Usman Jalingo, Honourable Commissioner, Ministry of Information and Reorientation. She is a daughter to an astute scholar, prominent politician and season administrator Dr. Ahmed Usman Jalingo of blessed memory.
Her mother, Hajiya Ummu Ahmed Jalingo is a professor of economics and a member of Board of Director of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). Also, Professor Ummu A.U. Jalingo is currently the Director of the Centre for Social and Economic Research (CSER) in the Federal University, Dutse, Jigawa State
