Yahaya Bello Inspects Lokoja Projects, Commends Local Contractors

Kogi state governor, Yahaya Bello has commended contractors over the excellent execution of projects across the Kogi state capital, Lokoja.
After making a tour of projects across the state capital, the governor addressed the press at the Kogi State Specialist Hospital where he assured that the projects were ready for commissioning.
“Exactly at this spot, precisely in October last year, I interviewed the contractor handling this hospital project, and I did express my dissatisfaction over the quality of job that was being executed”.

“Today, June 30, 2022, I have come back to inspect the same job again here at Kogi State Specialist Hospital, and I am highly satisfied with the quality of work done,” the governor was quoted in a statement by his spokesman, Onogwu Muhammad.
The governor revealed that the project was eventually executed by a local contractor, whom he affirmed had done excellently well.
Governor Bello appreciated the contractor, who was an indigene of Kogi State, for doing a very good job.
Other projects inspected were the GYB Model Science Secondary School, Adankolo, Muhammadu Buhari Square, Ganaja Overhead bridge, old market flood embankment and others.
